nurs is not doctor assistent

In a hospital we will meet with some medical experts,like doctor,pharmasist,nurs,nutrisionist,and other.thats is like a family.them have a cooperation in work,have a different task,and experts in the other field.for example a doctor has a duty to establish a medical diagnosis and provide drug therapy, a nurse has a duty to assist patients in meeting activity, and a duty to formulate drug pharmacology.but why sometimes a nurs considered as an dokter helper.terutama in Indonesia country, nurses are often in view of one eye as a servant and not a profesional.padahal nurses also have skills, knowledge, and ethics adequate as a professional, I think there are some thinga in Indonesia why a nurs that make considered as an helper:

1.level of education
in Indonesia most of the nurses are graduates of diploma, so they have lower rates of physicians who were all undergraduate

2.knowledge
low nurses knowledge will affect their skills, so the They are not considered professional.

3.skill and courage
skill is the proof that we will understand our profession, and other causes is the lack of courage of the nurses who made ​​them afraid to express the truth that they know,
